Automatic machine for the extrusion of ice cream in spaghetti-like strings uses a motor driven piston in a detachable ice cream container with a perforated bottom. Micro-switches start up the motor and reverse it when the piston reaches the end of its working stroke. It is automatically cut out on reaching the end of the return stroke.
