The gear box has an output shaft(2) connected to the gear wheel(3). The output shaft(4) carries the satellite carrier wheel(5) which carries a number of satellite pinions(6) to drive the concentric wheel(7). The concentric wheel is connected to a conical plate revolving around on the bearings(9). The slide(10) is mounted on a number of grooves on the hub of the plate(8). The plate is fitted with a number of pins(21) which support two conical plates(19, 20) which fit inside the conical wheels(14, 17) to take up the drive before the gears are engaged.
