PURPOSE:To make possible constant regeneration of ion exchange resin and to produce treated liq. of high purity by burying regeneration liq. collection means in an upper part of a strong electorlyte ion exchange resin layer and under the interface between strong and weak electrolyte ion exchange resin layers.
