The power supply, for portable radio transceivers, has one output to supply the transmitter and another to supply the receiver. A switch allows the supply to appear at one of the two outputs without appearing at the other. The voltage of the DC battery is increased by a DC/DC converter (10) and a rectifier (20). The resulting DC output (22) can be switched by either of two transistors (24, 26) to one of the two output terminals (23, 25) by closing a switch (30, 31). With the switch open terminal (25) has no volts, and terminal (23) is under voltage.
