<p>A bench (1) has on one end of its top panel (2) a horizontal pivot shaft (22). A lever arm (5-7) is attached to the pivot so that it can be moved to a horizontal or vertical position. A second set of double levers (8-12) has a pivot location on the outer end of the lever bracket (5). The bench which can be used for arm and leg muscle training has attachments which provide locations for various weights. A vertical extension from the bench support (4) includes a cable pulley so that the weighted can also be operated by arm tension.</p> |
