<p>The mechanism controls the traction speed of an endless material strip travelling in the transport direction, and supported in loops on bars also travelling in this direction, with the aid of a transport roller above the bars on a stationary mounting at the outlet. A feeler roller (9) is in frictional contact with the bars (1), and is coupled to a potentiometer (11) determining the traction speed of following mechanisms, being pref. mounted on a pendulum (10). It can be so suspended as to allow adjustment for height, and can have acting on it on the one hand the strip (2), passing part of the way round it, and on the other the bars.</p> |
