PURPOSE:To automatically make slit width to an optimum value by storing the pen position signal when a constant a.c. signal is applied to amplify a detector, comparing the difference with the previous storage value with a set reference value and increasing or decreasing the signal to be fed to a D/A converter so that it is put in a constant range. |
