PURPOSE:To provide a signal transmission change-over control system which enables control of child stations from the central station during the power off at a subcenter by constituting same such that a relay operates so that control signals are sent out from the subcenter in case control from the subcenter is requested whereas the child stations are controllable from the central station in any other case. |
