<p>The aid is used in football training to develop co-ordination. It comprises a suitable ball (31) which is attached to one end of a flexible cord (30), the other endof the cord being attached to a head band (1). The ball is fited with an expanding plug, pushed into a thickened portion of the balls sidewall. The flexible cord is looped through this attachment, a toggle being fitted for adjusting the length. The head band is also adjustable to suit the wearer's head by means of studs fitting into holes. The head and ball movements can be employed within a limited space.</p> |
