The vent valve has a body (1) with a central threaded tubular connection (2). A plug (3) which screws into the body is fitted with an axial tube (5) forming an outer ring (6) around the pipe. The lower part of the plug is opened into an intermediate space (7) which connects with the tube (5) by three connecting pipes (8), and sealed by the rubber ring (10). The serrated knob (11) is connected to the plug and the valve is opened by turning the knob so that the plug (3) moves off the rubber sealing ring (10) thereby connecting the two spaces (2, 5) by the intermediate chamber (7).
