PURPOSE:To secure the recharge equivalent to the voltage drop amount of the output without using any DC current, by applying the signal, which is obtained by amplifying the final detection value of the output of a sense amplifier circuit with the external signal and the MOS-type capacity, to the gate of the MOS-type transistor. |
