Underfloor heating system with large water circulation - has valve for mixing feed and outlet water to prevent condensation

The heating system has heating circuits with a circulation pump and a flow restricting thermostat arranged into the supply line. The thermostat outlet is connected to the pump outlet. The connection pipe (9) has an overflow valve (10) at which is generated a pressure difference. This overflow valve opens in relation to this pressure difference so that the return water can be mixed with the feed water. The restrictor thermostat (3) is open when temp. of supply water increases so that the pressure difference at the overflow valve is reduced and the flow rate of water over the heat exchanger (2) is slowly increased. When finally the temp. in the feed pipe (4) is sufficient to prevent condensation in the heat exchanger then the restrictor thermostat is fully opened.
