PURPOSE:To improve the efficiency of the function of a sorter by using the sorter in an interruption mode if the mode is not in sort/stack mode before switching to the interruption mode. CONSTITUTION:The pin of the sorter of this copying machine is not provided with a sensor and programs such as the procedure of operation of this copying machine is stored in a ROM 3. Besides, a RAM 4 is provided with a storage region which constitutes of a stage means (A) storing instruction item and data inputted from an operating part 41 and storing a selected copying mode and the interruption mode by an interruption key, and a storage region which constitutes of a storage means (B) transferring and storing data stored in the means A. In the interruption mode, the sorter is usable except for a case where a mode stored in the means B is the one to use the sorter. |
