The control circuit is used for pilot controlled amplifiers for automatic level control in communication systems. The circuit regulates a control element (St) of a control voltage amplifier (VR). The drain-source path of a FET is connected to the control input of the control element (St) and it is connected with a terminal (K1) of a voltage source (UB). Its gate (G) is connected to a timing circuit, in turn connected to the voltage source (UB).
