Training apparatus for exercising the human muscles is subdivided into a number of separate individual training devices each intended for exercising one muscle or a group of muscles. The individual training devices closely follow each other along a continuous training path. Each individual training device includes a frame (2) with a fitted device arranged in pairs to the left and right next to each other which provides an adjustable resistance for the muscle groups to be trained, using a radial swinging arm system for exchangeable weights.
