The cap has a screwthreaded cylindrical portion 1a with a pair of outwardly projecting spaced lugs 1a<SP>11</SP>, and an outwardly flared portion 1b with a pair of oppositely disposed hand openings 2 with safety grips 5 for lifting the container.
