<p>PURPOSE:To enable a sufficient pressure relief and increase a pressure reduction effect through a pressure relieving apparatus, when an accident occurs, by arranging a pressure relieving chamber housing no electrical machinery and apparatus and being set at an atmospheric pressure and below so that said chamber is adjacent to each gas section, and by arranging said pressure relieving apparatus in the wall adjacent to said chamber. CONSTITUTION:A pressure relieving chamber 9 is provided in the manner of being adjacent in common to respective line side gas section 7 and bus side gas section 8, and further completely no electrical machinery and apparatus is housed in said pressure relieving chamber 9 and the pressure of said chamber 9 is set at an atmospheric pressure and below. In this case, no pressure relieving apparatus 6 is provided between said line side gas section 7 and bus side gas section 8. Therefore, when an accident occurs, e.g. in the line side gas section 7, gas flows into the pressure relieving chamber 9 through said pressure relieving apparatus 6. As mentioned above, the pressure of said pressure relieving chamber 9 is set at an atmospheric pressure and below. Thus, the inflow of said gas through said apparatus 6 is conducted very smoothly so that the pressure within the line side gas section 7 is reduced abruptly.</p> |
