PURPOSE:To prepare cephamandole by introducing a mandeloyl gp. in place of the amino gp. of 7-cephem cpds. in the presence of the culture matter, the treated matter, etc., of bacterla belonging to Bacillus genus, etc. by using acylation reaction with enzyme. |
