PURPOSE:To minimize the size of the piezoelectric oscillator by securing such constitution in that a concavity part is secured to one sheet of the piezoelectric plate of the piezoelectric oscillator, a pair of electrodes are provided to two opposing side surfaces and the AC voltage is applied between the paired electrodes to generate the oscillation mode at the bottom part of the concavity part. |
