Sound-insulating flue parts are provided which can be connected to one another like a unit construction system. Each consists of self-supporting shells (4a, 4b). These shells can be erected one above the other and can be connected to one another. They are preferably formed in a sandwich type of construction with a core of rigid expanded plastic as well as cover plates (4c). The shells (4a, 4b) are preferably designed as folding doors which can be driven by working cylinders (9). The sound-insultating flue can thus be constructed in such a way that it is lighter, provides more effective sound insulation and is easier to assemble and dismantle. <IMAGE> |
