Microprocessor controlled electronic organ - has rhythm cycle controlled by microprocessor operating with preprogrammed ROM

The automatic rhythm cycle of an electronic organ is controlled by a microprocessor operating with a read-only-memory. The rhythm cycle is controlled by the opening of a number of control gates. Each time a clock generator gives out a signal the microprocessor is interrupted. The preprogrammed contents of a ROM decide which gate is to be opened when an interrupt occurs. The rhythm keys are accessed and coupled over a multiplexer to the microprocessor.
