摘要 <p>Surface impregnation of mineral moulded materials of construction is carried out with an organic impregnant contg. low-mol. (ar)aliphatic or aromatic epoxide, which can be substd. by lower sil(ox)ane gps. or mixed with low-mol. sil(ox)ane cpds., and/or aliphatic or aromatic low-mol. di- or poly-isocyanates. The impregnant can also contain a tert. amine hardening catalyst and a solvent. The process can be used esp. for deep impregnation and sealing of concrete, plater, bricks, natural stone etc. to improve the resistance to abrasion and corrosion. It provides protection against front and damage by salt used for thawing, making the treatment esp. useful in concrete runway and road construction, buildings, esp. facades, and monuments, sculptures etc. of natural stone. In an example, an impregnant, penetratin consolidated concrete to a depth of 4 mm. when applied in an amt. of 200 g./m.2, contained 100 pts. o-cresyl glycidyl ether, 40 pts. 2.4.6-tris-(N,N-di-methylaminomethyl)-phenol and 360 pts. solvent mixt. contg.</p>
