The test sealing cap is for hollow cylindrical bodies to be subjected to test loads in two or three dimensions, having a section absorbing the internal pressure, a sealing section, and a cover with openings symmetrical in relation to the cylinder axis for anchor bolts. The cover (1) has an inner cylindrical surface (2) to match the outer surface (3) of the body to be tested (4), and with a recess (6) near the edge for a sealing ring (7). A ring (10) fits between the outside of the body and the inside face (9) of the recess, and is so shaped at its forward end (11) as to press the sealing ring against the outside of the body.
