Domestic water heater with house heating system - heats and cools water returning to central heating system

The heat exchanger for preparing hot water for heating and for domestic use is used especially in one family houses. The heat exchanger is suitable for use in conjunction with district heating systems and the return flow into district heating system has sufficiently low temperature ensured by relatively simple arrangement. The heat exchanger (1) incorporates a water tank (3) which is connected to the radiators. The tank has hot water coil (4) connected to district heating system. The arrangement has preparation tank for hot water for domestic use. This heat exchanger can be a separate coil (6). This tank is connected to cold water mains and its outlet is connected to hot water taps. The hot water coil (4) is connected to a cooler (8) so that the water returning to district heating system is influenced by the water returning from the house heating arrangement (2).
