<p>A dough dividing machine includes a straight vertical channel of rectangular section. The dough dividing slider is guided horizontally in a side wall facing the dough feeder roll. The slider is pushed in part of the way, moved downward together with the side wall to compress the dough portion, and then fully pushed in before the outlet gate is opened and the dividing slider is moved further down to expel the dough portion. All movements can be easily adjusted to suit varying dough consistencies or portion sizes.</p> |
