<p>A U-shaped frame having tubular side members (14, 15) is connected to the front loading arms of a tractor. A cage (17) is pivotally connected to the frame and to a link (27). A common pivotal connection is made between link (27), link (33) and a plate which is itself pivoted to the frame. A jack (30) is connected between the plate and bracket (31) on member (15). Link (33) is connected to a link (36) attached to cover (39) which is pivoted. During loading, jack (30) is closed and the cover is raised. The load is discharged when the tractor arms are raised by extending jack (30) to pivot the cage. At the same time the cover is lowered through movement of the plate and links (33, 36).</p> |
