Luggage and parcels fixture for car luggage rack - has flexible cords or straps forming square meshed net with securing hooks

The fixture secures luggage and parcels of different shape and size, carried on a vehicle luggage carrier. In one form it is an elastic cord, held by hooks to the luggage carrier. The elastic cord can be multi stranded and covered in synthetic cotton. The cord, or non extending straps, form squares with sides of 7 to 10 centimetres length. The dia. of the cord holds the baggage under tension without damaging it. Alternatively, there can be crossed straps with flexible attachments or metal springs. The cord is fixed to S or double ended hooks, with openings to go over fixing points on the carrier.
