Roof covering with air conditioning - has channels between insulation and sealing layer for air conditioning, with solar heating

The roof covering for a building consists of a sealing layer, a supporting construction, and a heat insulation layer. The insulation layer is positioned on the supporting construction and below the sealing layer, which has a low heat capacity. Channels between the two layers allow air circulation between a first aperture (7) facing into a room of the building, and a second aperture (8), facing outwards. The external sealing layer may be covered with a heat absorption layer, consisting of coloured gravel. The roof covering may be formed by a solar panel heat collector, and the air circulates from the inner to the outer aperture, when the room temperature is above a certain level, and circulates in the opposite direction, when the temperature is below it.
