PURPOSE:To supply NH3 conc. in coke oven gas is measured continuously by means of NOx continuous analyzer etc. to obtain a NOx conc. curve according with time lapsing having a sawteeth form. A NH3 supplying pattern having a desired NH3/ NOx molar ratio (usually 0 - 10) according to the wave-like change of NOx conc. is provided, using one of said beforehand measured wave-like patterns as a NOx generating standard pattern. Based on this NH3 supplying pattern, an amount of NH3 supplied may be controlled according to a value obtd. by multiplying this by exhaust gas flow rate. Further, by correcting the NH3 supplying pattern according to each wave-like changes of hill forms at each fuel changing time, NH3 may be supplied more accurately and efficiently. |
