<p>The mobile hydraulic lifting equipment is for aiding cripples, having a forked lever pivoting on the chassis and forming an armpit grip. The individual grip portions are horizontally adjustable in relation to each other, to suit individual patients. The lever is swung up and down in the chassis by means of a hand-operated hydraulic pump. There can be a stabilising setting rod adjusting bar, adjustably attached to the lower end of the pump and the chassis. This varies the level and setting of the pump to give different lever positions to suit patients in different positions and sizes etc.</p> |
