The ring watch has a control knob which control an electronic circuit. The knob fits into the casing and will operate the device for producing a digital time display. The casing (1) is rectangular with a transparent precious stone (7) in the top side and is connected to the ring (2). There are two batteries (11, 12) in an insulating block (10). The batteries are connected to a printed circuit (13) and a quartz crystal (14). The watch will also indicate the date via liquid crystals which can be used for several indicating functions. The time can also be indicated by LED's. There is a lighting system in the watch which can also be operated by the control knob.
