A reversible plough is attached to the three point hitch of a tractor by a bracket (2) with a support block (8) with two spaced apart collars forming bearings for the reversing shaft. A double acting hydraulic cylinder (154) suspended from a pivot pin (158) near the top of the bracket is connected at its lower end eccentrically to the reversing shaft. It is connected between the collars of the bearing block so as to swing the shaft round. Two stops (84, 86), one each side of the shaft, limit the travel of an arm (130) forming part of the connection, and hence limiting the reversing movement of the plough. A crank arm (12 0) between the two bearings forms the main connection between the shaft and the cylinder.
|
