<p>The vapour extractor hood for kitchens comprises a blower and a filter insert mounted in a housing (1) formed from three basic elements (2, 3, 4) of which the first (2) serves as a support for the important functional and assembly items whilst the second (4) houses the filter insert and the third (3) forms the pressure chamber (9) for the blower inside the first support element (2). This third part (3) is combined with the first element (2) to form one unit wherein the second element (4) is detachably held on the first element (2) e.g. by hooks (8). Since the few individual parts means easy assembly and dismantling it becomes simple to clean the hood and replace the filter unit when required. The two interfitting basic elements (2, 3) are pref. designed as semi-circular shells.</p> |
