摘要

PURPOSE:To perform switching of the photo isgnal having been transmitted through optical fibers among multiple fibers in the state of light by one element by disposing the end faces of a multiplicity of stationary optical guides on the same circumference and contacting the end face of the moving optical guide of the rotating base which coaxially rotates, to these end faces.
