<p>1-Propyl-1, 2-propylene glycol ether is used as solvent for pharm. compns. Clear, conc. solns. may be prepd., which are sterilisable at 120 degrees C at atmos. pressure, esp. useful for injection. A typical soln. may be prepd. by dissolving diazepam (25mg) in 1-propyl 1,2-propylene glycol ether (3 ml) and diluting to a suitable volume with 0.9% NaCl soln.</p> |
