PURPOSE:To shorten the path for originals thereby to prevent the originals from being damaged and to reduce the size of an apparatus by moving one side of a sheet-shaped both side original in one direction relative to an exposing section for the exposing operation while moving the opposite side in the opposite direction for the exposing purpose so that the both sides of the copy paper may be subjected to the copying operations.
