<p>The bottle or ampoule conveyer has guide rails on each side of a conveyer track. Part of one or both rails can be swung into the path of the items. The hinging part (4) of the guide rail is mounted on a horizontal spindle (6), about which it is tilted in and out of the path of the bottles etc. (1). The spindle and/or the rail can be coupled to a swing arm, whose free end is in turn coupled to a continuously rotating crank drive. There can be rails on opposite sides of the track, working in opposite directions. The conveyer is particularly for use in bottle cleaning, filling and sealing systems, in conjuction with machines operating at different speeds.</p> |
