PURPOSE:To efficiently classify ceramic powder by keeping the powder in a certain temp. range when the powder is classified after dispersion. CONSTITUTION:When ceramic powder is classified after dispersion, a flow 2 of gas generated by the suction force of a blower 11 is heated to >=80 deg.C, preferably >=100 deg.C in a heat exchanger 1 and sent to a dispersing vessel 3. Ceramic powder 4 preheated to >=80 deg.C is fed into the vessel 3 and the resulting mixture 5 of the flow 2 of gas with the ceramic powder 4 is introduced into a cyclon 7 through a duct 6 and classified. During this time, the ceramic powder is kept in the temp. range of 80-200 deg.C so as to prevent drying and moisture absorption. The ceramic powder is efficiently classified. |
