<p>PURPOSE:To highly concentrate non-adsorptive gas inexpensively by adsorbing and desorbing the adsorptive gas to an adsorbent in a third adsorption tank. CONSTITUTION:A first flow channel system consisting of series connection of an on-off valve 14, a third adsorption tank 15 filled with the same kind of said adsorbent, and a first backflow valve 16 passing through only the gas flow to a storage tank 13 and a second flow channel system consisting of series connection of a backflow valve 15, the flowing direction of which is opposite to a backflow valve 16 and an aspirator 17 are inserted in parallel into a piping system connecting both adsorption tanks 4A and 4B filled with an adsorbent of the same kind a non-adsorptive gas storage tank 13. The aspirator 17 and an adsorption column 15 are connected with an air extraction piping 19, and the aspirator 17 converts speed energy to pressure energy when gas passing through said second flow channel system flows to reduce the pressure in the adsorption column 15 through the air extraction pipe 19. As a result, the concentration of non-adsorptive gas can be highly concentrated inexpensively.</p> |
