<p>A confection of ice cream and fruit such as peach Melba consists of jelly in the shape of half a fruit. An irregular hollow in the centreis filled out by the ice cream and the whole is packed in a plastic goblet. This confection is suitable for mass prodn. and eliminates the difficulties in processing and handling peaches or similar soft fruit. The hollow prevents the ice cream from shifting during transport.</p>
