A single or multiple roller machine separates adjacent film-faced boards, each roller having a rough surface made up of a number of fine cutting edges. Roller cuts are in accurate register with the edges of the boards, the edges are simultaneously cleaned up, the leading and trailing edges of adjacent boards are both dressed at once.
