Also claimed are compounds of the general Formula II wherein each Ar1 independently is a carbocyclic mono- or poly-iodoanyl group or a carbocyclic polybromaryl group containing at least three bromine atoms per aryl group. The compounds of Formulae I and II may be prepared by reacting one mol of cyanuric chloride with 3 mols of the appropriate halo-substituted aniline or thiophenol.
