PURPOSE: To attain efficient operation at high speed by scattering seeds at the back of a soil cutting device and performing cooperation with a seedling device arranged so as to be cooperated with a soil covering device. CONSTITUTION: A spider-shaped ring, namely, rotary middle cultivating blade 20 is engaged with the surface of the ground and prepares a series of inclined grooves inside a narrow zone at the time of operation, and the seeds are scattered in these grooves. A seed supplying device 26 accepts the seeds through a flexible tube but the seeds are scattered within the zone 22 between the spider- shaped ring 20 and a soil covering ring 28 for covering soil onto the seeds. The rolled-fill ring 28 for covering seeds with soil is dragged from a frame body 19 around the hinge of a shaft 36. The ring 28 is inclined and moved forward in the traveling direction of a seeder so that the soil to be frequently ridged up to the side of the processing zone 22 by the spider-shaped ring 20 is returned onto the seeds dropped between covering plates 34.
