PURPOSE:To improve the workability of sealing a hose end completely by a method wherein an end of non-vulcanized rubber hose with outside of inner tube provided with reinforced string layer and the outside thereof further coated with covering rubber is only dried up and vulcanized. CONSTITUTION:A core bar is inserted into a central hole of a non-vulcanized rubber hose end 1 and two shape frames 3, 4 with semicircular column type recess slightly smaller than the outside diameter of the hose end 1 are pressurized by a solenoid valve 6 and an airpressure cylinder 7 centered on a fulcrum 5. The shape frames 3, 4 and the core bar 2 are heated by heaters 8, 9, 10 built therein and their temperature are adjusted by temperature sensers 11, 12, 13 to dry up and vulcanize the non-vulcanized rubber hose end 1 as it is within specified time. Next the shape frames 3, 4 may be automatically released by means of a timer 14, the solenoid valve 6 and the airpressure cylinder 7. |
