<p>PURPOSE:To improve the rigidity of a floor as well as to make a car body lighter in weight by installing an edge raising part around the plane floor, and stretching it across symmetrical main frames of the car body, then anchoring it thereon. CONSTITUTION:An auxiliary bracket 16 is installed in space between a cross frame 14 and a cross pipe 12 in making it project outward in the car width direction at the central part of a main frame 9, and a floor 4 is stretched across so as to cover these elements and welded thereto. In this case, this floor 4 is made up of bending the circumference by means of press working or the like, forming an edge raising part 4a. With this constitution, rigidity of the floor is well improved and, what is more, the promotion of lightweightiness for a car body is thus facilitated.</p> |
