PURPOSE:To uniformly charge the toner to the opposite polarity from the electrostatic latent image to be developed by specifying the shape of a friction charge part of the portion in proximity to the peripheral surface of a developing roller and evenly forming the layer of one component type developer on the peripheral surface of the roller. |
