PURPOSE:To make high speed of die opening/closing and to miniaturize a sucking tank by supplying hydraulic oil alternately into an oil chamber for die clamping ram and an oil chamber at rear part of cylinder through an outer pipe of a cylinder for die quick sending having double construction and executing the die opening/closing. CONSTITUTION:The hydraulic oil is supplied into the cylinder 6 for quick sending and a piston 11 is pressed, to progress a movable die 3 and the die clamping ram 2. The oil in the oil chamber 9 is sent in the oil chamber 4 at rear part of the cylinder through the outer pipe 10 and also the hydraulic oil is supplied from the sucking tank 5, to execute the die clamping. By changing the valve 15, the die opening is executed. By this constitution, efficient production is executed. |
