Hot, selectively hydrogenated pyrolysis petrol is subjected to preliminary separation in hot-separator immediately after selective hydrogenation, pressure of hot liquid product is relaxed in a further heat-separator to a point where a predetermined amount of liquid components is obtained which are directly passed to a redistillation column; the gaseous product from the first hot-separator is passed to a cold-separator from where the liquid fraction and the condensate of the gaseous products from the second hot-separator are passed to a stabilisation column.
