<p>PURPOSE:To eliminate the deviation of traffic characteristic by generating a connection pattern assigning each input terminal to separate output terminals without duplication when an ATM frame is simultaneously inputted from plural input terminals and inputting an ATM frame to a distribution switch network controlled by a pattern revision circuit. CONSTITUTION:An asynchronous transfer mode(ATM) frame simultaneously received from plural input terminals 1-N is outputted to output terminals 111-11N and each input terminal is allocated to all the output terminals without duplication. The replacement pattern is periodically changed and selected by a pattern number generating circuit 30. A switch control circuit 40 is constituted with a read only memory(ROM), reads the storage content of an address in the ROM instructed by a pattern number and sends it to a distribution switch network 10. The ATM frame outputted from the distribution switch network is inputted to a selection switch network 20, from which the ATM frame is outputted according to the header part of the ATM frame. Thus, the deviation of traffic inputted to the switch network is eliminated.</p> |
