Fish fillet skinning machine - with skinning blade and roll with specific indentations and peripheral velocity

Fish fillet skinning machine is fitted with an endless belt which feeds the fish over a return drum and a transfer drum to a skinning roll. The teeth on the latter have a lagging edge which includes an angle of 90 degrees with the tangent. The feed belt and the skinning roll have the same speed but the transfer drum rotates faster. Secure feed of the leading end of a fish fillet against the skinning blade is thus ensured. The fish is transported without damage to its skin and the discharge of the skinned fillets is facilitated.
